- AHAnnette Nicole HoweNov 7, 20221.0Moved to Parsons in June 2022 and I have had nothing but issues with mail and packages. Was waiting on a package this past week and says delivery attempted and held at post office per customer request. They didn't even stop or drive by my house or speak to me. Got so tired of the unprofessionalism that I got a PO Box elsewhere yet somehow I had a package that still had to be picked up in Parsons. I work in Jackson so will more than likely just have my mail rerouted there.

I've had deliveries delivered days later and they were literally 'out for delivery' if you try to call and ask about a package. They put the phone off the hook to keep from talking to customers. They recently hired a new driver that literally almost ran me off the road a few weeks ago on my way home from work. She had apparently just left my house and and was literally driving on the wrong side of the road! I had to almost take the ditch. Mail will sometimes be delivered really late at night. This is strange in my opinion. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

If we have multiple packages coming and they deem one "too big" or "too heavy" they leave every package at the post office. As if we are responsible for finishing their job. This has been happening since we moved here last summer but complaints now are just answered with it's COVID-19 related. No wonder the USPS is a money losing organization and has been for decades.
