They will slide it across your front porch and it only takes them one second to walk it nicely to your front door and half the time. The stuff is fragile. I've even had to reorder something before because of this. The service sucks and half the time the mail goes to the wrong address. I just got another package today that had glass in it. It was slid across the front steps when it would have taken the gentleman. Just one more second to put it nicely on my front step. This is unacceptable and unprofessional

The post office itself is great, good service, etc., BUT, our carrier's misdeliveries have cost us many hundreds of dollars over the last few months alone, caused massive delay to financial and legal proceedings, as well as potentially put at least one person in our household at risk of identity theft. Yeah, good luck Ooltewah. Update: unsurprisingly they just misdelivered more of our mail, thinking of keeping a count of misdelivered and mishandled important mail (e.g. Bent mail that is clearly labeled "Do Not Bend", yeah, that happened too) Current Minimum Distinct Instances Count: 3
