- RHRyan HartJul 8, 20261.0I would give them no stars if it allowed me to. After meeting their rep, Byron, I was told that an email would come for me to set up an account, that never happened. Then someone shows up at my shop and drops water off. Then I never receive a bill or even know how to pay it. Eventually I get a bill that for an amount that was different than what the rep said it would be. Immediately after that I got a bill with a $20 late fee. I have called the representative Byron multiple times. He told me he would get this fixed. Never happened and haven't heard back from him. I emailed them multiple times with no response . Also two weeks ago more water was dropped off even when my employee told them not to leave it here. This is the worst company I have done business with. They finally responded today but it's too late. Dealing with this company has been nothing but a headache. Terrible customer service!!! I do not recommend them. Finally after two months I got my account canceled. It took me two months to cancel an account I never set up in the first place!!!

I've called several times and been assured that next time it would be delivered. A couple times it has even said it was out for delivery only to later say it was skipped. Support keeps assuring me that it will be delivered next time.... Still waiting.

Finally today, 12-06-2024, they are going to deliver a second delivery. He came and took the bottles and then drove off. They left no water. We only got our first delivery and then never again. The amount of phone calls I've made trying to get water is insane. Corporate has been very nice, but this is ridiculous. We decided to cancel. That took multiple phone calls with a combined wait time of over an hour. Use this company at your own risk.
