- TDTommy DempseyMar 3, 20261.0I setup a recurring delivery through this company back in September or August. I have yet to actually receive anything. I've called several times and been assured that next time it would be delivered. A couple times it has even said it was out for delivery only to later say it was skipped. Support keeps assuring me that it will be delivered next time.... Still waiting.

Finally today, 12-06-2024, they are going to deliver a second delivery. He came and took the bottles and then drove off. They left no water. We only got our first delivery and then never again. The amount of phone calls I've made trying to get water is insane. Corporate has been very nice, but this is ridiculous. We decided to cancel. That took multiple phone calls with a combined wait time of over an hour. Use this company at your own risk.
