  Very quick package return. Whoever was working was very nice. And their little dog is adorable! Will be using them instead of staples from now on whenever I can

  We had a package that was supposed to be 2-Day air. When it didn't arrive 4 days later and really needed our documents, we started asking questions. It turns out it was contaminated by the contents of someone else's package. They never notified us that it was destroyed AND when we asked for a new label they said that we had to BUY a new one, because 3rd party had purchased the label and they would have to put in a claim! They knew exactly what happened to it, why the heck do we need a claim just for a new label? I understand going through that process for the contents of the package, but this was too much. If the package is destroyed after you drop it off at the facility and you have the receipt/tracking info, they should be able to give you a new label at the very least. This was an absolutely absurd experience.

  I love having my amazon returns done here! I also love when I have a barcode for ups and am told to go to staples even though they can't take the item because it's too big for their boxes so I have to come back! Man I love it

  The auction house dropped off our framed antique oil painting at the UPS Store on 2/4/2026, yet it took nearly two months to ship. I called close to ten times and was repeatedly told a custom box was needed. However, the painting arrived in a makeshift box pinched together with tape and wrapped in bubble wrap, which did not reflect the care expected for a valuable piece. Brian was always polite and courteous, but the overall handling of this shipment felt disorganized and unprofessional.

  I was one of two people who arrived at the UPS Store at 6:40pm this evening (3/11). I had TWO returns and the other person had about FOUR packages in their arms. The sign says the store closes at 7:00pm. The gates were pulled down but the front door was unlocked. There was a woman sitting inside counting cash. We asked her why the gates were down and she said we closed early today. The other person told her she wouldn’t have a car again until next week, so what is she supposed to do…no response from the woman inside the gates. I had to rush to cancel and re-process my returns so I could get them to Staples before they closed at 7:00pm. When I drove by the UPS Store at 6:57pm the lights were off and I assume the door were locked. If the store is going to close early there should be a sign on the door. It is very rude to close the gates 20 minutes early and be sitting inside counting cash. I will take my returns to Staples from now on because the employee in there was happy to scan my returns!!
