- SNStacey NelsonSep 23, 20261.0I’d love to know how junk mail with my street address can end up in the p.o. box —but important things like driver license or credit cards are always sent back. Rather than put your things in a box they put a “package” slip in there and then are never open when people can be there . They close for lunch , and sometimes even before the posted close time. Frustrating and overall poor customer service.
- DMDaniel MacioceAug 10, 20231.0Carriers not smart enough to deliver to a house street address but delivered to someone else's po box - the package was not received by the intended recipient!! HOW DO YOU DO THAT ? HOW DUMB CAN YOU GET!!
- SGSusan GawareckiOct 31, 20205.0Great customer service! The Postmaster decisively resolved an issue caused by another branch.
- BHBrittany HartOct 3, 20201.0They don't even have a phone number In service to call them. My mail got forwarded a month ago and i am still missing things. The main women that works here is rude to you if your not from Tennessee. Most disappointing experience with the postal service i have ever had.
- JHJosh HartOct 3, 20201.0They have no way for you to contact them on the phone and they claim to be a private office.
