- SSSpringerhogApr 22, 20262.0Had a very concerning experience at the Nolensville Post Office that needs to be addressed. After the clerk scanned my package, the standard customer touchscreen appeared, the same screen used to answer shipping questions (like hazardous materials), choose receipt options, and complete payment. At the end of the transaction, it switched to the customer satisfaction survey with three options: a red unhappy face, a yellow neutral face, and a green smiling face. Before I was handed my receipt, or given any chance to respond, the employee reached over and selected the green smiling face herself. This wasn’t a one-time incident. This is now the third time I’ve personally witnessed this same employee do this. The timing is so quick and precise it’s obvious this is routine behavior. This is a clear manipulation of customer feedback and completely undermines the purpose of the survey system. If employees are submitting their own positive reviews, the ratings at this location cannot be trusted. Management needs to address this immediately. Customer feedback should come from customers, not employees. If this practice continues, it calls into question the credibility of every positive rating associated with this location.

Every time I need help, they’re there to be genuinely helpful, and do so with smiles and kindness. I’m always approached with complete respect and happy people, and the staff continue to have incredible patience even during times of stressful staffing. Give these workers a RAISE.

Most recently, Dee proved that point when he located a package where I had put down my address incorrectly. I cannot say enough good things about the Nolensville Post Office and if I could give it ten stars, I would!
