Drop packages off here all the time and these two are courteous, professional, always greeting with a smile and don't waste any of your time--Friendly and easy to talk to as well. I've had consistently great customer service from the two of these fine gentlemen every single time i've ever been. God bless you both and thank you for making our Donelson location a pleasure to go to!

The carrier blew past 4 mailboxes in one day, that in itself is odd. The mail carrier on this route completely blew past my mailbox, refusing to deliver my mail and packages.Both my independent vendor tracking and USPS Informed Delivery confirmed my packages were out for delivery. When I contacted this branch to report the skipped delivery, an employee named Felicia tried to gaslight me, claiming Informed Delivery 'doesn't work that way.' This is a blatant lie to cover up carrier negligence. On every other day of the year, the mail scanned on Informed Delivery arrives exactly as shown.This is not a technology glitch—it is a lazy carrier skipping stops and branch staff providing false information to protect them. Station management needs to pull the carrier's GPS routing data for 7/2 immediately to see why they refused to service my address. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and a total failure of basic postal duties.

I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for anything. After years of sub-par experiences at post offices, I’m so pleased to have a home location that is pleasant to visit.
