- JMJohnna Moczulski4 days ago1.0Tried to tell me they can’t ship matches even though it says in section 4B of their own handbook they can … so rude and unprofessional. All rules were followed when packing. Just go to a different location or UPS
- AAAnt A (Ant)Aug 6, 20261.0They tried to scrutinize my service dog's presence in the post office right off rip for not having a vest or paperwork. Obviously not trained in ADA laws as they pertain to service dogs and public access. I felt humiliated and had to inform the manager what website to reference for public access for service dogs. There are NOT certifying bodies for service animals, don't require special equipment to identify thenselves, and the establishment can only ask you TWO tasks your dog performs for you. They cannot ask what your disability is. To those of you with fake service dogs, stop with this crap and don't take your disorderly pets places they do not belong because you got a cute little vest and fake paperwork for them. You make this worse for those of us who took the time to work with our dogs to train them on their respective tasks.

Then they have constantly raised the prices and reduce the service.
