  Extremely frustrating experience every time I come to this post office. I always check the posted hours on Google before making the trip, yet on multiple occasions the doors have been locked during normal business hours with no employees available. The last time I came, I waited nearly an hour after the post office open time before an employee finally arrived. Today, I came during business hours and not only was no one available, but I was blocked in by a post office van. I’m very pregnant, so having to deal with being unable to leave on top of not being properly staffed was especially frustrating. I completely understand that staffing issues happen, but customers should be able to rely on the posted business hours and safely enter and leave the property. This has become a repeated issue, not a one-time inconvenience.

  Only complaint they close & open whenever they want & I just pulled up, they closed cool BUT WHAT TIME U GON B BACK?? Dang 🙄

  I can see why this place gets so many low reviews. There is one older woman there that is just nasty to customers. God forbid you go there with a package, not completely prepared and she Has to lift a finger to help you. I had to log my boxes three times in and out of line because she wouldn’t give me a piece of tape. Really poor customer service. One gentleman in Line said that she’s like this with everyone. I guess I got the wrong employee that day. Never again.

  For the second time in a year I have went to this post office. I arrived at 4:23 pm Each time they have children behind the counter that belong to workers. Today it was CLERK #18 that had her small female child behind the counter. I had an about 16 envelopes that needed to be mailed certified. Clerk #18 informed me that she was not going to be able to process all the envelops because it was gonna take to long and she had to leave right at 5:00pm. I completed all the tags for the envelopes. She stood there complaining that she was the only one up front and handed me the envelopes and told me that I needed to affix the labels my myself. As I explained to her that I don’t work for the USPS I don’t know how they needed to affixed. She kept on and on and I said well I don’t think it’s also against the law to have small children behind the counter. She took all my envelopes and handed me back my envelopes and said that she was not going to wait on me because she (referring to her child) had nothing to do with this. I requested a manager at that point. Something needs to be done about this location.
