- PBPaula BailJul 2, 20261.0For the second time in a year I have went to this post office. I arrived at 4:23 pm Each time they have children behind the counter that belong to workers. Today it was CLERK #18 that had her small female child behind the counter. I had an about 16 envelopes that needed to be mailed certified. Clerk #18 informed me that she was not going to be able to process all the envelops because it was gonna take to long and she had to leave right at 5:00pm. I completed all the tags for the envelopes. She stood there complaining that she was the only one up front and handed me the envelopes and told me that I needed to affix the labels my myself. As I explained to her that I don’t work for the USPS I don’t know how they needed to affixed. She kept on and on and I said well I don’t think it’s also against the law to have small children behind the counter. She took all my envelopes and handed me back my envelopes and said that she was not going to wait on me because she (referring to her child) had nothing to do with this. I requested a manager at that point. Something needs to be done about this location.
