- ISIris Sosa3 days ago1.0I’ve visited this location several times, and every experience has been disappointing. The staff, particularly one of the women, always seems annoyed when customers ask questions or need assistance that requires her to leave her desk. Unfortunately, I’ve never received helpful answers, and customer service is consistently lacking.

And by the way, you’re really lousy liars, I thought it was down right embarrassing. This post office gets 1.2 stars for a reason folks!! Stop LYING to the faces of the people of Lenox Village and deliver us our mail. You’re not FUNNY or cute or special because you’re too lazy to do your own job. If want us to keep coming in, and I assure you, that’s not what you want, then go ahead. It will be a lot less miserable if you just deliver it to where it’s supposed to be going. It’s really not that hard.

In the meantime, he’s stopped delivering my mail since I made the complaint. No one at the post office answers the phone to discuss delivering my mail.
