And on the Saturdays when they dedicate one of the two people to the 30 minute process of getting passports the wait is endless. Even with the new self service package mailing label machine there is always a line of 5-10 people who have been there a while. I feel bad for the workers who are also victims of understaffing and have to listen to the comments made by the frustrated customers in line. There must be a better way.
