The process has improved tremendously because now there are appointments and days for walk-ins. In the main post office it is run efficiently and politely. Patience is needed when in line waiting for service along with having everything ready before you approach the counter. This will guarantee a quick transaction.

My package has been stuck in a repetitive loop, bouncing between the Nashville and Chattanooga distribution centers multiple times without making any progress toward delivery. It is clear that the automated sorting system is failing, yet there has been no manual intervention to correct the route. I expect more reliable service and better oversight to ensure packages actually reach their destination rather than being stuck in an endless transit loop. Do better
- NSN ShafiJun 14, 20261.0Rude employees and poor customer service. I wasted two days because the staff did not seem to know the passport process well. If you need passport services and do not have an appointment, make sure to arrive before 8:00 AM on walk-in days. Otherwise, I would recommend driving to Hendersonville or another location outside of Antioch or Donelson. The extra drive may save you a lot of time and frustration. Best of Luck.
