  Great experience! This was my second time having to come back in the past week. First time to take my passport photo and the second to mail my renewal. Both times were great experiences. Photo service was fast, efficient and made sure I was happy with the photo. Very nice and professional. Second time was today to send the renewal. They helped me make sure that I had everything in order to send off my renewal and explained each step of the process they were on. Both employees today (9/1 @ 12:30ish pm) were genuinely happy to be at work and were so helpful. (They both helped me because I had to run out and come back cause I forgot) Thank you to the employees at this location that helped me turn something that has been stressing me out into a genuinely positive experience.

  Beware of employee(s) at this location because they are known to take their frustrations out on customers who pay for services. I come to this local often to conduct business and on July 29, 2026, l was met with hostility, combativeness, unprofessionalism and a horrible attitude from clerk #61 who goes by the name Allison. Not only did she have an issue with the mail in which I was paying service to have mail sent its destinations, but she accepted the mail pieces after becoming hostile toward me only to rate herself on the keypad by giving herself a smiley face as if she had the absolute right to do so but didn't. After I reminded her that she did not have the authority as an employee to rate herself on my behalf, she then tells me that customer relations for the Postal Inspector General does not look at how customers rate postal employees which is false. After reporting the matter to customer relations, the representative did in fact inform me that they do indeed look at customer service ratings. If there were no customers coming to this location to pay for service, the company would not be in business and this is a reminder.

  I paid extra to sent a card overnight that took one extra day to get delivered. I had to go get a refund and they had to issue a money order instead of putting back on my card. Bad experience and will not return to this location.

  I had a package go thru there, it left the facility and arrived at the same facility several times through out the entire day before finally being sent off to another distribution center that isn't its arrival location.
