    I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store in Antioch. I especially want to recognize Lynn for her outstanding customer service. When she noticed I was struggling with my package, she immediately stepped in to help without hesitation. Lynn was patient, professional, and genuinely kind. She made what could have been a stressful situation quick and easy to resolve. It's refreshing to encounter someone who takes the initiative to assist customers and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Thank you, Lynn, for your help and positive attitude.
