The convenience of being able to receive packages from ALL carriers (not just UPS) is a massive plus. The team (Paul, Lucky, RJ, Michelle and Tony) are all incredibly friendly and efficient. Whenever I walk in, they always recognize me, know my box number and grab my packages quickly. A++ customer service!
