  I enjoy coming to this location because everyone is so friendly. All the staff members welcomed me in and was ready to assist me. Special thanks to Taylor and Alice for being so helpful.

  I come to this location often. While in the process of shipping my package I overheard a customer giving staff a difficult time about showing identification. I was asked for ID and had no problem showing it. I feel safer shipping items knowing that the store cares about fraud and protecting my package. I guess you can't please everyone! Kudos to the young lady and her team for handling the situation professionally. Might I add the store looks so clean!

  KK was exceptionally amazing, incredibly kind, and funny, all around perfect customer service. Even went out of her way to help us with a heavy box, truly a great example of going above and beyond!

  Ii frequent this UPS location, and hands down it is one of the best stores near me. Furthermore id like to mention that KK-the manager is top notch. She is patient and kind and does an amazing job here. Also, Rodrigo helped me today and has before. He is professional, efficient, and kind and soft spoken. Josie is also kind and friendly. I will continue to use this store as my number 1 UPS location. Thank you all. They are typically very busy and I can only imagine that customers sometimes get sideways with having to wait, but these people remain professional and patient with all of us!! 10/5 stars!!   This location is terrible. I literally had to leave and drive to a different location to mail something for my boss because they won’t let me send it under anyone’s name but my own. I have done it so many times here, I have my boss’s credit card and info to give, and still they say my name has to go on it also because I am the one there. It’s a new rule that seems to have popped up all of a sudden and I don’t think this is necessary to do especially when I have been doing this almost every day here and am willing to show my ID, but still want it under her name. To have to drive 12 minutes to a different location and never be able to use this one again is ridiculous and someone should look into what is going on at this location because even the manager is a part of the problem. The other locations have no issues with me doing this, so if it isn’t a company wide policy, why does this location have to make things so difficult? To have only one location in the area that I cannot go to speaks volumes about how this place is run.
