Avoid at ALL COSTS! Had a mail here and very glad it has been canceled. I’ve had two issues with packages going missing there only to mysteriously be found after I had to explain the packages were medications. The woman in the hijab told me to go “fu*k myself” today. And the manager, an absolutely horrible person, canceled my mailbox that I prepaid for because I got mad about them losing my packages twice and now refuses to give me a refund on my prepaid services. This place is an absolute embarrassment. Thankfully the people at the Hwy 70 location were helpful. Avoid this trash heap at all costs.

An absolutely perfect experience. Hojeen is a wonderful employee that was able to help us quickly understand what we needed, the most cost effective way to do it and did so with a warm and professional approach. It’s this type of perfect customer service (from Hojeen) that will ensure we won’t go anywhere else.
