  The UPS store in Green Hills is different than all the other places you could possibly ever go. The difference is a guy named John. He’s been there for years, always in a good mood, always ready to lend a helping hand and goes way above and beyond what anyone can imagine for customer service. He makes you feel like he knows when you walk in the door. He makes you feel like he’s there to help. In a world where customer service feels dead, John brings it to life! If you ever have a chance to go anywhere to take care of anything to mail or ship, definitely go to the UPS in Greenhills. Ask for John.

  Gotta leave another stellar review for the best UPS store! Every employee there is always genuinely kind and helpful in the best way! Today it was a delivery driver that overhead me saying I missed a delivery attempt and he offered to text the driver and ask them to make another attempt the same day. I was so grateful that he (and the driver with my package) would go out of their way to do that! Will always recommend UPS and specifically this location!

  This location is by far the best of the UPS stores in the area. Staff are all so helpful and friendly. Don't waste your time at any of the other locations.

  The Green Hills UPS Store always delivers a great experience. They’re consistently quick and efficient, which makes every visit easy. Special shoutout to John for being so helpful and kind—he really goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!
