  Quick and friendly service! I went in on Thursday with one prepaid label, and one QR item to ship, Key was friendly and helped me quickly with both items. No line, so I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

  ALWAYS HAPPY PEOPLE in this store when I come in! Today I had a lovely lady by the name of Liz care for me, I come in frazzled and confused and a mess!!! Long day! Liz got me packaged up and out the door without me really even having to think much more! She was literally a package ahead of the game! Thanks Liz!   This UPS store is hands down the best one to go to in West Nashville, quick and efficient is the best way to describe Lizbeth that helped me in returning 5 of my returns. Definitely will continue coming back and recommending this store, another reason to come back frequently is for Lizbeth, very beautiful and kind.
