Title: Exceptional Customer Service at UPS on West End I had such a wonderful experience at the UPS Store on West End! Even though I arrived toward the end of closing, Graham and Jeyda were incredibly professional, kind, and patient. They never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. I needed to return an item to Amazon, and they took the time to assist me and make sure everything was handled properly. Their friendly attitudes and willingness to help, especially at the end of the day, really stood out to me. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized! Upon entering this UPS store location, I was immediately greeted with prompt and friendly service. Louise was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions while also assisting with packaging my box. She was efficient and took care of my needs quickly. I strictly use this store for shipments / returns everyone is always so kind and patient and even helped me get set up w an app that took time to help save me money on shipping out my merchandise. Louise helped me today and she was so helpful and efficient! 🤍 it’s nice when a mundane task is something to look forward to because the staff has cultivated a sweet environment.
