- NONikk OOct 1, 20265.0Best UPS! The staff are all so friendly, helpful, and efficient! There’s an amazon return kiosk to the left of the door so you can skip the line for that. They also have a notary onsite (Phoenix) in case you need any marriages, divorces or other things inbetween. We were able to just walk in and get that done easily, no appointment. :)
- LHLan HenSep 11, 20261.0I had to deal with an extremely rude staff member at this store. There was absolutely no patience or respect shown. Not even the bare minimum I would expect when speaking to a customer. I honestly have no idea what was going on with this particular staff member or why she felt the need to be so unnecessarily rude and hostile. If management sees this, I would strongly suggest checking in with the staff and addressing how customers are being treated. I genuinely hope things get better for this person so that other customers don’t have to deal with the same behavior.

Even though I arrived toward the end of closing, Graham and Jeyda were incredibly professional, kind, and patient. They never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. I needed to return an item to Amazon, and they took the time to assist me and make sure everything was handled properly. Their friendly attitudes and willingness to help, especially at the end of the day, really stood out to me. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized! Thank you, Graham and Jeyda, for going above and beyond and making what could have been a stressful errand such a pleasant experience. UPS on West End is lucky to have you both! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
