They couldn’t ship my package because their computer was down. I don’t feel like going over all the details but the package I had was coming apart and I was going to have to leave the store with it instead of shipping. I couldn’t find my wide tape because I was moving and everything in disarray. The manager wouldn’t give me a single piece of tape to help hold it together. This store is poorly run and owner must be seriously cheap. I’ll put another review in next time they cancel this one. The owner didn’t even respond to my review he just got it cancelled somehow. I’d go to Glenbrook store. They did help and had no problem shipping.
