  I visited this location a few days ago and when I say Customer Service was TOP TIER the moment I walked in. I had the pleasure of working with Kenyatta, very professional, pleasant and AMAZING! She went above and beyond and I was in and out in no time. I would give all my kudos to Kenyatta, always going the extra mile, very awesome asset to UPS. I definitely will be back to this location.

  Romelo was amazing from the start! I had a highly valued item that needed special attention in packaging for shipment and he immediately made me feel that it would be treated as such. From the time I walked to the the counter until the time I left with a receipt this young gentleman was cordial, professional and made me feel like my item and I were his soul focus. In my opinion, UPS should recognize and reward the values that Romelo represented for UPS and for himself. I will be exclusively using UPS at this location for my shipping needs based on my experience with this valuable UPS employee. Manager material!!

  I had such a great experience at The UPS Store! Kenyatta was absolutely awesome. I needed help printing labels and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process. She made sure everything came out exactly how I needed it and made the whole experience quick and easy. I really appreciate great customer service, especially when someone takes the time to make sure the details are right. Kenyatta definitely did that. Thank you for making one of my business to-do’s a little easier today! I’ll definitely be back.

  I want to highlight the exceptional work of Destiny. During my recent visit, the store was extremely busy and she was working completely on her own. Despite the high demand, she remained calm, treating every customer with patience, kindness, and great attentiveness. Destiny was incredibly efficient and answered all of my questions. This isn't my first time visiting—she has provided outstanding service every single time. Thanks to her, it is always a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this UPS location to anyone, largely because of Destiny's amazing service. I hope her manager or supervisor recognizes her dedication and hard work. She truly deserves a bonus, a raise, or formal recognition!

  I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! Destiny helped me get set up with a mailbox, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. I recently relocated from out of state, and my information was a bit scattered, but she took her time helping me sort everything out and made a tricky situation so much easier. I really appreciated Destiny’s patience and kindness. I highly recommend this location—the staff is wonderful!
