  This store is always excellent. A breath of fresh air in a world where good service and pleasant staff aren’t necessarily the norm. Great staff and service. Shout out to Khalid, who was wonderful yesterday.

  I’m here a few times a month. The location is incredibly convenient and the staff are always super helpful. I worked with Brianna most recently, and although she didn’t know exactly how to handle my request, she was quick to ask for help and get me taken care of. She pushed for the review, but I’ve had genuinely positive interactions with everyone at this location. I also over heard the manager laying into UPS customer service on the phone on behalf of one of the customers in the store. It was quite impressive how seriously she took the situation. Hope y’all stick around!

  I want to personally recognize Brianna for the exceptional service she provided to my parents. They came into the store on my behalf with about 12 items that needed to be returned, and they were also pressed for time because they had a flight to catch. Even though the store was busy, Brianna never made them feel rushed or like they were an inconvenience. She patiently helped them through the entire process—printing labels, scanning QR codes, and making sure each individual item was properly scanned and taken care of. What stood out most was her patience, attentiveness, and consideration toward my parents. I wasn’t able to be there to assist them myself, so knowing that Brianna took the time to help them with such care meant a lot to me. Brianna, thank you for going above and beyond and for treating my parents with such kindness. Your excellent customer service did not go unnoticed and is truly appreciated!

  Had a wonderful experience today at The UPS store in Donelson! Need to get some prints for my business, and Ms.Kenyatta was very welcoming, and on top of getting me taken care of. Showed care and interest in my business and just made those few short minutes a valuable part of my day! Thank you

  This is honestly one of the worst UPS Store experiences I’ve had in Nashville. The customer service at this location is extremely disappointing, and there have been multiple occasions when the store has closed earlier than the posted business hours. Today was especially frustrating. Customers were standing outside with packages that needed to be returned, yet the store was closed with the lights off and a sign stating that they were closed because there was no notary available. None of the customers waiting outside were there for notary services. We simply needed to return packages. A man with a durag over his head was inside shaking his head with the lights off, during business hours! If the store is constantly closing early, there should be clear and accurate communication about the hours and the reason for the closure. Customers should not have to waste their time traveling to a location that is supposed to be open, only to find the doors locked. The lack of professionalism and horrible customer service at this location, stay away from this place.
