  Shane was a friendly, helpful, go-the-extra-mile staff member. He saved me and my fiance when we were in a pinch to have items printed for our rapidly approaching wedding. He was delightful, warm, and exceptionally competent. He was also precise in his measurements and ensured the end product was of the highest quality. We are exceptionally thankful and will be returning to Staples (with a hope to see Shane behind the counter) for any additional printing needs!

  Don’t bring Amazon returns here. First two times they told me they were too short staffed to accept returns after letting me stand there for 10 minutes. Third time they took it barely said a word to me and refused to give me a receipt so we are just putting it in gods hands now if it’s gonna actually get returned or not 🤷‍♀️

  I had an outstanding experience at Staples thanks to Tierra! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a great attitude and made the entire process incredibly easy. She was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient, and she knew exactly how to help without wasting any time. It’s rare to come across customer service that’s this professional and genuinely friendly. Tierra went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, answered all of my questions with confidence, and made me feel like a valued customer. Employees like her are the reason people keep coming back. Staples is lucky to have someone with her work ethic and positive attitude. She absolutely deserves a raise and recognition for providing truly top-tier customer service. Thank you again, Tierra!

  Formally was a customer here, but have recently had issues with returns to Amazon. The manager, Luke flat out lied to me and told me that they do not offer receipts to customers for returns. I spoke with Amazon as well as a staple representative and in fact they are supposed to issue a proof of service document which is a receipt showing that you drop the item off. Luke in particular is a liar. I went to another store manager later that day and was able to recover the exact same thing that he said they no longer have the ability to offer. Luke is a complete liar and I have contacted corporate against the manager, Luke at the Powell location and they will be in touch.

  I recently went into the store to gain service with printing. Shane assisted me. I cannot say enough about the tremendous service he provided. He did not have enough time to help me complete the service I needed on the same day. He wanted to help me so he informed me that he'd take the project home and bring it back the next day. In his words, "I really want this to work for you." He went above and beyond to help get the product completed well before I needed it. It was done with excellence. Throughout the entire process we must have exchanged 7-10 emails and just as many calls back and forth. He was kind, patient, and professional through the entire process. Not only with me but for every customer that came in. There was even a gentleman who appeared upset by the fact his printing did not come out the way he needed it to. He explained to Shane that he had used his last $7 to print and didn't have more money to print another copy. Shane calmly asked the gentleman to give him a moment and he'd help. He did just that. Shane provided customer service at its finest. I'll be back to this Staples location because of him. Thank you, Shane!
