They have no sense of customer service, or obligation to customers. Worst online purchase experience ever !!!!! Go to Best Buy,, Costco or Walmart. You will lose time and money dealing with them.

Last Christmas, you can imagine the line for Amazon returns and the frowns associated - the woman who was handling them was pleasant, efficient, and I'm not sure the line could have moved any faster. When I remarked at how impressive she was, she said, "I truly love my job." That is not an easy role - you're dealing with people who are disappointed with a purchase, may not have all the right info, etc., and yet she remained sincerely kind and upbeat. When I needed to make copies of something (different visit), another associate was so kind to assist me. This has been my experience time and again - kindness must be a prerequisite for hiring here. This is old-school service at its best!
