  Went to this facility twice to get copies made. The first time basic copy services the young lady didn't know how to do and I was told to come back out call in the morning because the mgr might know how to do it. 2nd visit was told that if I wanted copies made right then I would have to pay a rush fee. I offers to buy the paper I needed and use the self serve. That option wasn't available because all of the self serve machines were not working.

  I had great customer service here. I had prints that turned out perfectly and Shane who assisted me with them, was so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure they turned out great!

  Came to return a USPS package. There was no one at the return counter but there was a lady at the print counter close by. The print counter lady called out to the customer in front of me and said "amazon and USPS returns are closed for the day". The customer left and looked quite annoyed but I decided to go to the check out counter to ask for help since all they had to do was scan my return that was all ready to go and drop it in a box. The man at the checkout counter told me to go back to the returns counter and he could help me there. As I walked back over to the returns counter, the print counter lady called out to me "our returns are closed for the day for amazon and USPS" (mind you it was around 1PM in the middle of the day). I told her the man at the checkout counter told me to wait here for him to come help me. She back tracked and said "oh, I was just saying that cause the guy that does returns is out on his lunch break".... so what I'm gathering is 1. returns are not closed for the day and 2. anyone else in the store can go behind the counter and take a return, she was just not willing to do it. Very odd behavior.. but the man from the checkout counter eventually walked over and scanned my box. (took him less than 30 seconds) A very odd interaction after driving across town to make a return, I will not be revisiting the store.

  Print staff seems completely uninterested in helping print documents for anyone. Fire and re-hire, I shouldn’t be forced to buy a printer just to print a few documents for court or be forced to use your difficult to use self service machines that charge me a fee just to connect to the internet.
