  I am posting this review and complaint to get people ready corporate office to notice it and to respond and not the compliance alert hotline. I’ve already filed reports now it’s time for national attention.branch 1288 at 408 Royal Parkway, Nashville, TN which they never do. Beware stay away from the Nashville branch office 1288. I worked a job for the Nashville branch 1288 yesterday in a job site manager told me to shut up in front of customers and employees and then told me to get out of the store when I told him that he cannot talk to me that way, and he cannot tell me to shut up that he can ask me to stop talking, but not tell me to shut up. I then proceeded to tell him that I was calling people ready in Nashville and his company to both file a complaint against him I called people ready told them what happened and ansked for the matter to be investigated and then I called his company and filed an official complaint. . this was rooms to go Manager, Danielin Brentwood Tennessee. I took several other jobs the same day and everyone was canceled on me. I proceeded to call my local branch where they did some digging and found that I had multiple jobs where the client has stated they did not want me to return job sites that I have never worked at all and everyone that knows the app knows that it logs every job that you’ve worked and that you get a check stub for any amount of time worked I had no job history of those jobs. I had no check stubs for those jobs. Nashville office went in the system and made fictitious work tickets so that they were able to stop me from working for them which violate my rights and it violates a list of other things I have still yet to be paid from one job site because they can’t even get a hold of a customer but the most important thing to know is the Nashville branch office 1288. Will make fake job stuff in the system to make it look like you’ve worked a job so that they can stop you from working jobs. I would not trust this office. I would not recommend this office. They didn’t even bother to do an investigation into the matter. They just automatically banned me from working Nashville jobs and every one of the jobs they stated that I worked that was fictitious is for the Nashville branch only which shows that they were the ones that went in and lied when I asked the branch lady who made a decision to do that I was pretty much told anything and everything but the answer to my question and for people ready to let offic people do this to employees is the worst thing they can ever allow that office has no type of structure, no type of oversight and does what they want when and how date so choose. And when you call people ready the corporate office you never get no type of response you file complaints you get no type of response and when do you do talk to somebody they’re not even in the United States this is coming from somebody who has worked often on for people ready for over 25 years. I worked for them when they first came out as ready labor so to be treated like this is beyond imaginable.

  This is my first and last experience with PeopleReady. I was assigned my first job this morning and it was cancelled an hour before it started. I called and spoke with Shannon who was very short, dismissive and rudely hung up. I do understand what she was saying but I am not going to deal with unreliable and rude management or whatever she is. Either she is the owner or her dad is because that is not how you talk to people.
