  Only come here if you expect the employees to do the bare minimum. I just dropped off a rather large, but not necessarily heavy package. Due to the size and the fact that I’m visibly pregnant, it was awkward for me to carry. The man working watched me struggle carrying it over to him (I was the only customer in the store) without offering to help or even telling me to leave by the door like the GH UPS has done before. A little bit of extra customer service could go a long way.

  David at this location is a GEM! Absolutely incredible customer service. Not only did he go above and beyond to complete my order under the tightest time constraints but he was also exceptionally kind and courteous. I can not say enough wonderful things about David and the Fedex staff at 2002 Richard Jones Rd

  The staff at this establishment was exceptionally remarkable. I believe the name of the assistant manager is Barry, and he went above and beyond to complete my printing request. I also appreciated his cordial interaction with one of his employees, Ethan. I highly recommend this location and intend to return in the future.

  This FedEx Office location is astonishingly incompetent. I ordered a print job online to save time — the first attempt was done incorrectly, despite clear specifications. When I followed up and gave them a second chance, they cancelled the order outright with no explanation. No call. No clarification. Just cancelled. The staff are slow, disorganized, and seemingly uninterested in resolving problems they create themselves. This isn’t a one-off mistake — it reflects a complete lack of basic operational standards. If this store is unable to handle routine print orders accurately, it shouldn’t be offering online ordering at all. At a minimum, the regional manager needs to investigate this location, because whatever oversight exists here is clearly not working. I would strongly advise anyone with time-sensitive or professional print needs to go elsewhere.
