- AKandrew kanaan6 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. I went to this FedEx location today around 8:15 AM just to print one document. The employee working in the printing area was extremely unhelpful and made me feel like she didn’t want to assist me at all. I ended up leaving without even being able to print my document. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I definitely would not recommend this location.

Fedex scanned my package, i received a tracking number, but now FedEx West End can not locate my package nor did they know what happened to it. I would not recommend this location to anybody.... this is the second time FedEx has lost a package of mine and was ZERO help. Must be nice being a monopoly and not have any competitors....... all BS.

I’ve been in this location few times, but I never got very rode experience like today , I was trying to take print out and scan, when I was ask for assistance they were rude , and I’m even ready to pay extra for them to do , the guy with different uniforms behaving very rude and told me to do by my self .
- ABAshesh BasnetAug 7, 20261.0Worst experience. One of the employees (Don’t want to give out her name) took 30 minutes to ship two boxes I had. The boxes were not even heavy- about a pound each. Every time I go there, it is her behind the desk, and the way she works, you can tell she doesn’t wanna be there. She acts like she’s doing us a favor. She acts rude, types really slow, keeps looking around rather than getting the box labels printed and getting the work done. I wish they had another FedEx close to me!
