  Negative 5 stars. Was supposed to receive a package this past tuesday. Contacted them on wednesday, and the one "human" i was actually able to message said it was scheduled to be delivered that same wednesday. and of course no delivery happened. Spent all morning thursday trying to call and talk to someone and of course no combination of options actually gets you anywhere. All of the comments on here about how bad the service is are correct. The positive ones are probably paid for bots. There is nothing redeeming about this service. I just want my product that i paid for. As far as im concerned, this is theft. They have no right to hold onto peoples property the way they do and not even allow them to contact them about it.

  Hize un envío de Colombia acá y piden documentos y muchas cosas cuando son solamente una pieza por ejemplo una camisa y una gorra piden facturas y de qué tela es si es original o no no lo recomiendo

  Wish I would have read the reviews here before paying twice as much for DHL delivery vs standard carriers to (hopefully) get my package 1 day sooner. I added additional address information to my shipment which likely caused it to be put on hold. 3 requests to be called back by a Mgr. were ignored. Still don't have package 2 days after promised delivery date. DHL Customer service reps also need to brush up on their English, had to frequently ask reps to repeat messages and/or use a different word so I could understand what they were saying. I would rather duct tape my package to a turtle's back than use DHL again!!

  This business is horrible, they have been holding my package for days and tell me lies about where it is with no factual evidence or updates.
