- BCBrandon CorwinApr 14, 20261.0I’m very disappointed with how this post office handled damage to my mailbox by one of their drivers. The driver hit my mailbox, I watched it happen, and immediately reported it under claim number 86453514. The supervisor called me and, instead of taking my statement seriously, told me it was basically “my word versus his” after the driver denied hitting it. He said he would send maintenance out to look at it. Maintenance did come out, briefly looked at the box, then marked it “OK” and drove off without speaking to me, even though the mailbox door is still visibly bent and does not close properly. The supervisor never followed up with a call, and my mailbox door remains damaged so rain can get in and soak my mail. This location has shown poor accountability, unprofessional communication, and no real effort to resolve the damage caused by their own vehicle. I would not rate this experience positively and am still left with a bent mailbox door and wet mail as a result.

This is the worst Post Office I have ever encountered and I have tried to work through their delivery issues, which at the time of this writing are averaging about once a week. Going through Post Office complaint channels does not work to any noticeable degree. Something is definitely amiss in Murfreesboro, TN.

I rescheduled delivery for March 26 but never received my package. I called Saturday and today for answers but no one answers the phone but automated phone systems.
