  The receipt, which contains the tracking number, is very hard to read. It looks like it was printed on an old fashioned dot matrix printer. When you combine a small font with poor printing you get a bad result.

  I have come to this location for ups services and Notary. This review is about notary services. I have used Maya for my notary work. She is 10/10 professional, friendly with careful attention to detail and her hand writing is perfect. I am so pleased with everything at this store. I should add that not just Maya, but everyone at this UPS Store is really friendly and provides excellent service.

  I came into the UPS Store on Memorial in Murfreesboro to ship some important work materials that needed to go out as quickly as possible. We were feeling anxious because of the time-sensitive nature of the shipment, but Mollie immediately put us at ease. She was absolutely incredible! Mollie went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and correctly. She made the entire process so easy and stress-free, and it truly felt like she genuinely cared about helping us. We are so grateful for Mollie’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. She made a stressful situation so much easier, and we can’t thank her enough!

  ​I originally redirected my packages to this store because the delivery driver failed to follow instructions at my home. The first time I picked up a package here, the process was smooth and I was not charged a fee. ​However, during my second pickup, an employee rudely informed me that I owed a pickup fee. When I asked why I wasn’t charged the first time, or why the UPS associate who set up the delivery didn't mention a fee, she repeatedly cut me off, simply saying "I don't know" and "I'm sorry" without offering any actual help. Her unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge were incredibly frustrating, and I ended up leaving without my package. Management needs to train their staff on basic customer service and policy clarity.
