I picked this store to grab on the way to our final destination and paid the additional fee to have it printed by 11:30. At 12:20 my order said it was still in process and I was only 10 minutes away. I called to inquire and was met with the kindest, bubbliest response from Nicolette, who assured me it was ready and apologized for the delay on the email. When I arrived it was clearly a madhouse with Mother’s Day and Graduation orders and only the ne person manning the printing station. Nicolette didn’t let the craziness dull her customer service, again she was kind, friendly, got my order quickly and I was out in under a minute. I would happily drive back to use this Staples every time if Nicolette is working!

It’s 7:00 PM; I came in to print a simple document—they close at 9:00—yet they have incompetent employees who already have four orders ahead of me. That alone is apparently enough of an excuse for them to refuse to take on any more work! This isn't the first time; they are always incredibly limited in their capabilities and incompetent—especially Andrew. on a slender girl with short hair.
