- ALAngela LowranceApr 30, 20261.0Do not use this company!!!!! “Primo Brands” took over the water delivery company we were using (Crystal Springs) and the quality of the water changed from Spring Water to what tasted like filtered water with a chemical taste. Worse than that they started not reliably making water deliveries, and canceling/skipping deliveries without any notice. They’ll tell you when your payment is due, they’ll tell you when a delivery is SUPPOSED to be delivered, but give ZERO NOTICE when they don’t deliver.

They have cancelled and rescheduled on him 3 times. I called to see what the problem was and see if they could get to him soon. I was told I would get a call back which I never received. Almost a month later he got his water. I will be looking into another service.
