  As a small, appointment-only firearms business, having dependable shipping partners is absolutely critical to the success of my business. The level of customer service I receive from the team at this FedEx location has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk into the shipping center, Mr.Will and Mrs. Cassandra make you feel welcome. They understand my business, know my unique shipping needs, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled professionally and efficiently. I also have to recognize my driver, Danielle. She is absolutely incredible. She knows my schedule and understands that, because of the nature of my business, we don’t operate with traditional business hours. She consistently works with me to accommodate deliveries, and that level of personalized service is something you rarely experience today. What impresses me most is that this team treats my small business with the same level of care and respect you would expect if I were a multimillion-dollar company. Unfortunately, I also work with other carriers, and the difference in customer service isn’t even close. To everyone at the FedEx location on Armory Drive—thank you. Your professionalism, kindness, and commitment to your customers truly make a difference. My business would not operate as smoothly without your support, and I sincerely appreciate everything you do. Five stars, without question.

  Asked for signature upon delivery when checked out. Clerk told me he’s he did it but didn’t get it when looked at delivery details. was charged for 2day shipping which I was fine with but the signature is what I was needing. For simple needs this place is fine but anything complex like a signature go somewhere else.

  Worse delivery service possible. My package has been out for delivery for two days and still has not made it to my address. The AI on website is a joke and is not capable of answering any real questions.

  The most exceptional customer service experience I’ve ever had at a mailing location! FedEx is never an errand I dread when I have to stop by to mail something out! Thankful for the kind workers here - you’re doing a wonderful job bringing light into this world!
