She wouldn’t even let me explain anything. From the second I walked in, it was just “no, no, no” without even listening to a single word I was trying to say. There’s a big difference between following company policies and treating customers like they’re a problem. If you’re that unhappy and miserable at your job that you can’t show basic courtesy, then maybe it’s time to quit and find something that actually makes you happy. Good customer service costs nothing, but clearly kindness is a luxury that some people simply don’t have. Very bad experience and a completely unnecessary attitude.
