  My experience at the Staples in Mount Juliet has unfortunately been disappointing. The customer service has not felt particularly welcoming, and I have personally noticed a difference in the way certain customers are treated compared to others. There is one male employee, who appears to be a lead or manager, whose demeanor has come across as particularly negative and unapproachable. From what I personally observed, his attitude seemed to affect the overall atmosphere and, at times, the way other employees interacted with customers. I want to be fair and acknowledge that not every employee has been unpleasant. However, the overall experience has been uncomfortable enough that I feel it is worth bringing attention to. Customers should be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and consistency regardless of who they are. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to create a more welcoming and respectful environment for everyone who shops at this location.

  My experience at the Staples in Mount Juliet has honestly not been good at all. The demeanor of some of the employees is very rude and unwelcoming, and you can clearly notice a difference in how certain customers are treated compared to others. I personally witnessed situations where some people were treated kindly while others were treated with a completely different attitude. There is also a male employee with very dark black hair who appears to be one of the leads or managers. From what I personally observed, his demeanor seemed very negative, and it felt like that energy carried over into the way some of the other employees interacted with customers. I’m not saying every employee there is like this, but the overall experience was uncomfortable enough that I felt the need to speak on it. Customer service should be respectful and consistent with everyone who walks through the door. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location.

  I walked into staples to return something that I bought on Amazon that lady did not smile or geat me it looked like to me just had her job she is lucky to have a job a lot of us don't

  I needed some banners printed for a upcoming holiday. I was helped me was a super caring and helpful associate named Emilio at the Mt Juliet print center. He help me understand the options and different materials that could be used. I didn't feel rushed or like I was a number. Kudos to Emilio for his help! He make this a great store!

  I would love to thank Thomas for being so helpful, professional, patient and kind to me as I am a senior and not computer savvy. When so many people today are “over” old people, Thomas took his valuable time and energy to not only help me but be so genuinely happy to do it. Bravo to Staples for the great hire and thank you Thomas👍All at Staples are wonderful and happy to help.
