- NBnatalia blancoMay 11, 20261.0I dropped off two FedEx packages at this location on April 30 and have receipts. I clearly told the employee they were FedEx packages, and she accepted them. One package was delivered, but the other was never even received by FedEx. When I called, Emilio was extremely rude and said it was my fault because they “don’t accept FedEx.” If that’s true, why did they accept the packages and give me a receipt? Losing a package is bad enough, but the terrible customer service and lack of accountability made this even worse. Would not recommend. I lost over $1,000 worth of products, and they weren’t even capable of saying “sorry for the inconvenience” or acknowledging the confusion. Instead, I was met with nothing but rudeness on the phone.
