- JPjohn pippinAug 21, 20261.0I just picked up my package from the Ups store and had to pay a $5 fee for the pickup. I did not request the delivery to be delivered to the store it just wound up there as an access point. To my knowledge no other access point charges to hold your package a package for pickup, including USPS or FedEx. Just a Ups package shipped to a "UPS" store.

There is only one kind elderly lady that works there and offers help but the others are grouchy and hateful like you are bothering them. I will use another store from now on.
