I had mymail on hold for a month at the post office and could not get home and needed to ask for forwarding service and now EVERY TIME I call to see how I can get it from several states away it rings forever and they pick up and hang up. I had packages and mail coming about child support I have not recieved from my ex husband in nearly a year and now I cannot get it because they refuse to answer calls.

I understand I may not receive mail everyday but it’s still the post carriers job to pick up outgoing mail. This is ridiculous. But you look on the google site and it’s the most reliable mail service. May want to make sure all your carriers are doing their jobs then.
