- SSSaraMay 12, 20261.0Horrid customer service. I had mymail on hold for a month at the post office and could not get home and needed to ask for forwarding service and now EVERY TIME I call to see how I can get it from several states away it rings forever and they pick up and hang up. I had packages and mail coming about child support I have not recieved from my ex husband in nearly a year and now I cannot get it because they refuse to answer calls.
