This is the second time a package of mine ends up in this post office and instead of them sending them to where I am like a normal post office would, they simply just keep it there and/or lose it. I had a birthday gift for my mom and her birthday already passed. I see there's reviews from even up to 9 years and they're all negative. Do better. I don't know how y'all are still open if the negative experience has been going on for almost a decade, probably more. Thanks for nothing.
