- MCMisa CNov 20, 20201.0They just don't do scheduled package pickups apparently. I tried the package pickup option for the first time this week and no one came by to get it. So I scheduled it for the next day to see if it was a fluke. No one came by then either, not even to drop off regular mail. I work from home and it's hard to leave mid-week to go drop packages in a drop box or at a post office (if package is large). It seems they don't have things organized. This is really bad for small businesses.
