The lady at the front desk told me “I can call the carrier but he might not even remember plus he’s new so even if I tell him to bring it back he’s not going to” is that not his whole job though? Extremely incompetent.

He watched the postal worker drive past and make no delivery attempt. Completely incompetent people work here!
