I am horrified to know that a place that clearly has wayyyy more horrendous reviews that positive ones can just continue to operate and not make some major changes. I cringe when my packages have to go through Memphis. I send and receive packages for my business, but Memphis is like a black hole, the packages go in and never come out. Soooooo many! To the point where I has to just switch to ups. Unfortunately I had another package coming in and the person sent it usps and once again it’s nowhere to be found after going into Memphis. This is absolutely ridiculous, something needs to be done about this, I can’t believe the post office which was once very respected has turned into this sad excuse for a delivery company.
