- CCCamille CarterApr 1, 20265.0I had questions about a delivery that I sent from Tulsa to Memphis. As such, I had to call the USPS Toll-Free line to have the situation escalated. The agent informed me that a representative from the Highland Heights offc would contact me by Friday (04/03/26). However, a really friendly & helpful Supervisor (Sheila H.) contacted me the same day (04/01/26). I told her the issue (3rd-party platform I use to sell products stated the weight was increased from 2lbs. to 8lbs. & my pymt. was deducted as a result), and she informed me that was a Federal offense for a carrier to change that data. Further, that is not something USPS would do or had the access to do. Sheila confirmed the package that I sent was indeed 2lbs. (same as what my prepaid label shows), and also followed up this information in an email. I appreciated her assistance, as well as professionalism. But the bottom line is: The issue wasn't on USPS, but rather what happened on the backend of the 3rd-party site, Mecari. Now that I'm aware of these facts, I will follow up with Mecari. And once again,"Thank You Miss Sheila for your help."

I understand they sort their own mail for their route, If that isn't done right your mail will be messed up. If that happens just call them or the 800# and let them know. We are very happy with our long time carrier, Josh. We are a lot alike, if we going to do it, we do it right! And I know many others do as well. Thank you All for the hard work! God Bless you All!
