- AMAngela Marie4 days ago1.0Don't come here expecting the least bit of courteous customer service. I walked in, literally no line and 2 mail clerks were at the counter. I had a box that I needed to be taped so that I could drop it off at the kiosk and was told by the employee that she didn't have tape and that I could purchase a roll for $3.99. The woman behind me had the same issue and was understandable upset because she said last week someone taped her package without a problem. My mom said the same thing with getting packages taped without any issues. I just find it a bit tacky and lazy for the post office not to either tape or have tethered tape gun out available for customers to use without being told to buy something. If you run into this issue, you'd be better off going to the dollar tree right down the street and paying $1.25 for a tape dispenser.
- ARAbsalom RogersJul 14, 20263.0As a person who lives in the area and frequently visits this office i will give credit to the ladies at the desk.. they are very helpful and go the extra mile! As for the after hours usage its very hit or miss.. the self service kiosk has been down before but most of all the place to drop your mail is often jammed and unusable.. its a bad design to begin with but the handle is broken off and it is jammed inside the wall locking it in place and unable to rotate around to accept mail. This has happened multiple times forcing me to drive to cordova which always works and has multiple kiosk.. im sure this has been reported... can we please get a nonjamming drop box...

- JEJess EMay 21, 20262.0Throughout the years the service has diminished so bad. If you send out a package, expect that it will NOT get an acceptance scan for at least 5 days, if at all. This happens so consistently and it's frustrating. The ladies customer service is good. I have started going to Cordova location due to the extreme delays in package transport.
