The lady who was doing the passport applications was very rude. Anyone reading these reviews? Educate these people before putting them behind desks.

They have lost my package three times in a row.
It's a disaster.
I am having problems with my car dealership; they have sent me the title to my vehicle twice, and on both occasions, it has gone missing.

I have lost hundreds of dollars dealing with this post office. They have Either stolen or lost multiple packages of mine. They’re very rude dismissive and have a I don’t care attitude. I would highly not recommend this post office

The service was extremely disappointing. The staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. We accidentally made a small mistake on a form, and one of the employees laughed in our faces. Additionally, the staff seemed pleased when some customers left the line due to their poor attitude, even commenting that they were glad people had left because it was “too crowded.” It’s concerning that employees would act this way when their primary responsibility is to serve customers, regardless of how many people are waiting.
