We accidentally made a small mistake on a form, and one of the employees laughed in our faces. Additionally, the staff seemed pleased when some customers left the line due to their poor attitude, even commenting that they were glad people had left because it was “too crowded.” It’s concerning that employees would act this way when their primary responsibility is to serve customers, regardless of how many people are waiting.
