- BDBrenda DurtschiSep 23, 20265.0Our delivery arrived in a timely manner. We had updates with tracking capabilities. The two men handling our delivery were courteous and professional.
- RSRon Barnett, Sr.Sep 16, 20265.0Great job of communicating and narrowing down pickup time thru texts.
- ZMZach McMinnSep 10, 20265.0Professional and quick.
- DEDan ElgartSep 10, 20263.0RKO arrived early, called ahead of time, then let us know they were coming. 2 very young gentlemen grabbed my new washing machine and began to set it into place. One of the water spigots was closed tight and they refuse to touch it. We asked them to check for level and to adjust them please as part of the installation that we paid for but he just walk up to it and shook it and said it's stable. We gotta hit eleven others today and don't have time. I'm wishing this company? I sincerely wish this company would train there installers how to set up according to the manual. Very disappointing. From the look of Ii'm sure everybody else got the same treatment. Very disappointed. Manual says this step is a must to insure the machine will not walk or break itself.
