- MBMyra BurdenApr 11, 20221.0So, here I am again - the VERY NEXT MONTH and I receive an email stating my order has been delivered. I look outside and THERE IS NO ORDER! The empty water bottle is still there. I try calling and I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 25 MINUTES and I am STILL HOLDING! I am emailing the "social" email and haven't received a response yet. I don't understand why there is no consistency here. At this point, I may as well cancel which was my first thought anyway! This local water delivery company for Crystal Springs USA is trifling and HORRIBLE! They changed my delivery schedule with no notification or approval from me. Ever since then, I have not successfully received ONE delivery. They keep changing/shifting the date and never come. I had the same service in Buffalo, and NEVER had an issue. What is up with Memphis?! It seems the delivery drivers here for all the main companies are NOT doing their jobs! As a result of a a FOURTH delivery NOT being made, I am canceling ALL because of the lack of commitment and customer service here in Memphis.
