  Very unprofessional in my opinion... People have rent they have to pay and the fact they hold your funds.They release your pay when they get ready but they getting paid Pay PEOPLE FOR THE WORK THEY DO DAY BY DAY OR WEEKLY.DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.I wished I could give zero star smh sad it be your own people

  If I could give 0 stars I would. The onboarding experience is a hoax. I went there to turn in my 2 forms of ID and it went smooth. I thought I was going to interview with a job placement specialist, but all she did was set up this good for nothing app. I could have done that at home. It's good for nothing because there are never any shifts available in Memphis. Why the hell are you in Memphis if none of your jobs are? Stop milking our workforce. I am so frustrated with this agency. I do not recommend anyone try finding work through people ready or the job stack application. It's a complete and utter waste of time.   It has been nothing but a pleasure dealing with Cassandra and Valerie. They go out of their way to insure my companies needs are met each time we have a job in the area. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service ladies!
