  Memphis got so many people trying to find work right now that it feels almost impossible to get a job. PeopleReady is not same day same pay anymore and that is just how it is now. Their policy says it takes twenty four to forty eight hours for time approval and if you have the Waverly card or direct deposit that changes when you get paid. I understand that and I am thankful they even try to make fast pay happen because no other temp place in Memphis does anything close to that anymore. When I went in to ask questions those three ladies were working hard while the phones rang nonstop. I asked if I could get drug tested and get my background check done and they did it right then because I asked. I knew I would pass and I knew that would help me get more chances. Memphis is rough when you are trying to find work and most temp places do not offer background friendly or drug screen friendly jobs anymore. They will look at you crazy. I understand I might not get a job the same day because that is not realistic. And I understand most people get paid every two weeks so even getting paid in two days is a blessing. Those phones never stop ringing and Valerie Cassandra and Amy are doing everything they can. Chantal is amazing too and she is in charge but it is so busy in there you can tell they are all carrying a lot. Still they made me feel like family. Other temp agencies will laugh at you or treat you like you are nothing. PeopleReady did not. They hired me fast for an Amazon project and I do not have one complaint. Memphis is hard but this place gave me hope again. Sometimes you just need one place to treat you like you matter.

  Cassandra, Valerie, and Amy were So efficient when it came to staffing in Memphis, Tennessee. They were all so helpful and kind and treated me like I was actually a human. It's hard to find that in Memphis. I'm so grateful that they help me through hard times and continue to help me. Five stars absolutely

  Five stars. The call volume at this location is extremely high, yet the staff manages it with remarkable professionalism. Whenever I am able to reach them, they address every need thoroughly and with care. Cassandra, Valerie, Chantal, and the new team member are all outstanding. They pay genuine attention to the people they serve, and their dedication is truly appreciated.

  I am so appreciate of Valerie , Cassandra, Chantale and the rest of the team , at People Ready. Whatever contracts I work , for them. I enjoy the experience , as well as the opportunity to work different but frequently contracts. The team is always willing to work with me while supporting me. I do want to add that payment may be fast or slow but it not due to the People Ready team. Its due to the contracts approving the time, and sending in to People Ready to upload it in time. If it over the week end. People Ready may not get it until Tuesday. Plus, you have to add in the factor of the bank you use. If it was up to People Ready I know they would love to pay us that day or the next. I know nothing in life is going to be perfect but I would rather wait a few days then work for a company’s that doesn't vaule me or have contracts were I am working in a hot wearhouse all day. Also, People Ready is designed for professional employment so the process is set up the way it is, to out weight the best from the rest. Trust me , when I say .I could not pick a better agency with better contracts ,to work for. Thanks You People Ready!

  Ladies & Gentlemen, I highly recommend applying at this location. I’ve been to many job agencies. This is one of the few amongst the staffing agencies in the city that stands out & continues to do so. My experience was honestly a great one. There were two strong women hard at work. They still made time for me & made sure I was TAKEN CARE of from step 1 of the process all the way to the last step of the process. In order for that to happened I had to do my part & complete all given tasks that were required from me to for feel. What a great opportunity & experience at People Ready. Thanks again!
