  I had a serious emergency when one of my vendors messed up and wasn't going to get our sponsorship banners for our upcoming meeting in another city in time. Thankfully, I spoke with Porche and not only did she come to the rescue, she was so calming and competent, during a moment when I was about to panic, that I immediately de-stressed. She is amazing

  I want to give a huge thank you to Tori at FedEx for the incredible job she did helping us with a very complex order. From start to finish, she was patient, professional, organized, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled correctly, and her positive attitude made a stressful process so much easier. It’s rare to come across someone who not only works hard but also treats customers with such warmth and care. Tori truly made us feel valued, and we are so grateful for all of her help. FedEx is lucky to have someone like her on their team!

  This place was buzzing! Everyone was working hard. Pleasant greeting followed up with courteous, prompt service. There was a line of customers and they were moving us right through. I was very pleased. Tori deserves special recognition. She was awesome. I had no idea what I was doing and she made it easy. Kudos
