  I am extremely disappointed with DHL and the way my shipment was handled. This is not my first experience with DHL, and unfortunately, I have repeatedly received packages that arrive damaged, cut, or in poor condition. This is completely unacceptable. My recent shipment was handled carelessly, and I am very concerned about the condition of my package. I expect DHL to take responsibility for properly handling customers’ shipments from the moment they are received until they are delivered. This is not an isolated incident. I have had previous DHL packages arrive with the boxes damaged or cut, and now I am experiencing the same problem again. I should not have to worry every time I receive a package through DHL about whether it will arrive damaged or opened. I want this complaint to be taken seriously and properly investigated. I expect an explanation regarding how my shipment was handled and what DHL intends to do to prevent this from happening again. As a paying customer, I deserve reliable service and for my packages to arrive safely and in the same condition in which they were sent. I also want to add that I paid for a service that was supposed to deliver my package within 2–3 days. It has now been almost a week and a half, and I still have not received it. This is extremely poor and unacceptable customer service. What is even more frustrating is that DHL representatives have repeatedly lied to me about the delivery of my package. I have been told multiple times that my package would be delivered that same day, but it never arrived. Every time I am told that it will be delivered that day, I have to leave my work and stay available to receive it, only to find out that the package never arrives. On one occasion, I was even told that there was no employee available to deliver my package. That is not my responsibility. I paid for the delivery service, and it is DHL’s responsibility to make sure the package is delivered. Today, I called in the morning and was specifically told that my package was coming today. It is now evening, and it still has not arrived. Once again, I had to change my plans and drive all the way to the DHL location in Memphis myself just to pick up my package. This is completely unacceptable because I paid for the package to be delivered directly to my home, not for me to drive to Memphis and pick it up myself. I have wasted my time, missed work, changed my plans, and repeatedly been given information by DHL that was not true. I have been told again and again that my package was coming, only to be left waiting with no delivery. This level of service is far below what a customer should expect after paying for a delivery service. I want DHL to take full responsibility for this situation and seriously investigate what is happening with my shipments, why my packages repeatedly arrive damaged, and why I keep being given false information about delivery. I expect a proper response and a clear explanation of how DHL intends to resolve this issue and prevent it from happening again.

  DHL is the most incompetent delivery company. I had two warranty replacement devices shipped to me that they were unable to deliver both times. Once the delivery driver lied and said no one was there to sign, though I was waiting in my garage with the door open from 8am until 2pm and no one showed, but I received a message on the app that the delivery needed to be rescheduled. I rescheduled for the next day at my work. They’re now telling me it won’t be delivered until tomorrow. Keep in mind this is after it’s taken almost a month to get this part replaced simply through the poor shipping and logistics of DHL from this hub specifically. You should all be ashamed, but what do I expect from Memphis. Update: now they send me a message to email them after their customer service stated there was nothing they could do and just have to wait. You’re not going to act like you care on Google and ignore me over the phone.

  Customer service was excellent! They went above and beyond to ensure I received my package in time for the Holiday! I received a personal call from management alerting me of their extended hour over this weekend to allow customers to come pick up their packages before Christmas.
