You put undeliverable since one one was home but I watched the postal worker on my ring camera put our other package on the ground and not once knocked on the door or walked up to the porch. Must have been his last stop the way he sped out of the driveway. SMH

Her behavior comes across as intentional, dismissive, and disrespectful. She makes little to no effort to resolve issues and treats customers as if their concerns don’t matter. This level of customer service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
