Her behavior comes across as intentional, dismissive, and disrespectful. She makes little to no effort to resolve issues and treats customers as if their concerns don’t matter. This level of customer service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Confidential and sensitive information was misplaced, which is completely unacceptable. Concerns were ignored, and her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Customer service is clearly not her priority.

I've also been awaken by the mail person on several occasions, because she has refused to leave her car, she blows her horn for 2 or 3 mins. one occasion I did not go out side I watched her get out walk half way to the house and throw it on the porch luckily nothing was broken, it even had fragile on the package
