- AEAmy EAug 24, 20261.0This facility wasn't paying attention and sent my package, which was supposed to be delivered today, back to the Chattanooga processing center. The lady I spoke to on the phone representing the USPS today literally said this happened because someone wasn't paying attention and I fully intend on calling back tomorrow to get an inquiry filed on this. Pay attention!!!!!

They really ought to take this into account, since so many people complain about the same thing and nothing gets done. I have a package there that hasn't even had a single status update; I’m just hoping to receive it eventually, given how poor the service is. There doesn't seem to be a supervisor who checks the comments and fixes the problem—or does nobody care that we are paying customers who deserve to be treated with respect?

- L《Heart -Love》Jun 10, 20251.0Fui a este lugar por el pasaporte de mi bb la mujer que nos atendió ya es de edad mayor nos atendió muy grosera y demasiado chocante me sentí incómoda con su trato no le dije nada por que necesitaba el pasaporte de mi bb pero si no le gusta su trabajo o no tiene paciencia para explícarle a las personas que se vaya de ahí y luego para tomarle la foto a mi bb mi bb se estaba moviendo mucho y ella hacía gestos feos como que si mi bb le hiba a hacer caso, el no tiene la culpa que ella esté de amargada el es un bb, fue muy grosera mejor lleven todo lo que necesitan bien por que es capaz de decirles que no los puede atender.
