- AEAmy EAug 24, 20261.0This facility wasn't paying attention and sent my package, which was supposed to be delivered today, back to the Chattanooga processing center. The lady I spoke to on the phone representing the USPS today literally said this happened because someone wasn't paying attention and I fully intend on calling back tomorrow to get an inquiry filed on this. Pay attention!!!!!

They really ought to take this into account, since so many people complain about the same thing and nothing gets done. I have a package there that hasn't even had a single status update; I’m just hoping to receive it eventually, given how poor the service is. There doesn't seem to be a supervisor who checks the comments and fixes the problem—or does nobody care that we are paying customers who deserve to be treated with respect?

Mail Lady has no respect and was BANGING on my door like she had a warrant not once but twice trying to deliver a certified letter to someone that doesn’t live here. TWICE. Mail lady has been told by me once before a person by that name DOES NOT live in my residence and once by my elderly mother whom she scared BANGING on my door like she did. The most recent time I wasnt home and she was told once again do not bang on my door like that and that person does not live here. I haven’t received mail in almost 2 weeks now. No notices, no correspondence, just quit delivering my mail. I’ve never had a 2 week span without mail so I’m fairly confident that situation has something to do with it. My mail box is at the road so you can still deliver my mail without seeing or speaking to me and If you didn’t like my reaction DONT BANG ON PEOPLES DOORS LIKE THAT. I felt it in the floor of my home. That’s unacceptable. I’ll be making a formal complaint on Monday.
