Today I was asking for guidance on a box that I needed to ship a medical device in and not only did she say you all probably didn't have the right size box (unless I wanted to "stuff it in there"), when I did find a decent sized box (on my own), I asked if she could assist with ensuring this was packaged securely (I was planning to buy bubble wrap as well), and she immediately said "no". Not only are you all losing money because of this horrible experience but you have officially lost a customer forever. Thanks for nothing, USPS in Madison, TN.
