  It's really cool. The employees will watch you park, unload some boxes, and when you walk towards the front door they'll close and lock it. 7:01PM I grabbed the door. I get it, 60 seconds pass close time, but they watched and knew I was coming because they were standing by the door helping someone else load their car. Whatever, y'all are just going to say it's my fault anyways.

  The Amazon Return process has gotten so easy to scan the barcode on a machine and it asks you to do a plastic bag coverage and it asks if done and it prints the return label for you and you stick it on and put in stack and done. Didn't have to wait in the 20 person line to the associates desk, how nice.

  If I could give them lower than one star I would. Lost my package that had $100 worth of items in it. Talked to UPS main office they told me I would have to show my receipt to the store. Got to the store and they said I would have to contact corporate. Then basically said there is nothing I can do. Talked with corporate 3 different operators and they all three said they would have to transfer me to billing. All 3 times they would send me back to the beginning automated operator. UPS you all have lost my business, pretty sorry at customer service.

  Standing outside the door at 9:10 on a Saturday morning. Store hours say open at 9:00. Door is locked. Gate is closed. No answer to a phone call. Nobody in the store.

  I again spoke with corporate ups and they said you never shipped this item the driver didn't receive. That's not me saying it that's ups. Amazon said the same thing cause they see your tracking info and for an employee to say to me today “we cuss in here all the time” and then I'm scolded for saying what the hell happened. Oh and the lady that was in there the first time is someone I know and she heard her say it too. I can file a theft claim I which I did. Your employee actually told me to call and be belligerent with ups corporate and Amazon. Shameful customer service or lack of. Here's the receipt. What did you do with my shoes cause today there were heaps of pkgs lying around and one of them was dropped off by me today. I have no faith in your store and rightly so. I am the only one in this situation who did what they were supposed to. Returned to you waited asked about it Amazon ups corporate and you so you tell me if that’s frustrating or not.
