  I cannot say enough wonderful things about the UPS clerk! She went **far above and beyond the call of duty** to receive my product and made sure it was handled with exceptional care\. When I received the package, I was genuinely impressed by how **meticulously it had been wrapped and cared for**\. It was clear that she took personal pride in making sure everything was protected and arrived in excellent condition\. Her dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile are truly exceptional\. Employees like her are what make a company stand out\. She deserves **recognition and appreciation for the outstanding service she provides**\. Thank you for treating my package as if it were your own\. **Absolutely phenomenal service—5 stars without hesitation\!**

  My husband and I are 3 months new to this sweet little town and everyone has been so kind and hospitable . Changing addresses after 35 years in one city is stressful as we need crucial mail...all the things like Medicine being crucial, statements, bills, legal documents, etc. Wendell went to the UPS store on Highway 321 in Lenoir straight away to try to keep our mail coming until our permanent address was completed. The 5 people he met over the course of the 1st week became his first friends! They greeted him and asked how they could help AND did They help! He bragged to me about them and then I went in to meet them. Let me tell you I ordinarily sat in the car while he went in to get mail or send out some but on several occasions I went in just to meet this fine Team of Dedicated professionals and to tell them how much we appreciated their kindness, helpful attitudes and just overall have witnessed good hardworking people do their job with kindness. This UPS store is the busiest establishment I've seen ,well except for the car line we saw today at Chic Filet! These dedicated UPS professionals are: Kayla,Mike, Jacob, Autumn and Molly. This magnificent Team has been so impressive to us and we are proud to know them and will always use UPS to take care of the needs that we come across. I must add that they don't just treat my husband and I like this...we've witnessed and experienced EVERYONE treated this way!! Congratulations to this great Team and UPS should definitely hold them up as a Well Tuned Machine doing the hard work with HEARTS! THANK YOU Kayla,Mike, Jacob, Autumn and Molly. Donna Lindsey

  When I went in to have a package shipped. They were extremely busy. People were coming in left and right and the phones were ringing off the hook but the staff handled it all exceptionally well. Particularly Autumn . She helped me and apologized for any wait and inconveniences and was very helpful. Though they were busy. She took the time to focus on any questions I had and I appreciate her for that. Great service.
